どこかに生息するカラフルな鳥、トリコ。
3匹のオスは、美しいメス「ニコ」のハートを射止めようとアピールをしています。
ただし、それぞれが持ち寄る宝石の色によってニコの好みは変わります。
見事ニコに3色の宝石を受け取ってもらえたら、「トリコ!」と高らかに宣言しましょう!Somewhere lives a colorful bird called Trico. Three males are courting the beautiful female, Nico, trying to win her heart. But Nico’s taste changes with the color of the gems each one brings. If Nico accepts gems of all three colors, proudly declare “Trico!”
カードを手札から出し合い、場に出た色の数で勝敗が決まる「アピール」を行います。
勝ったプレイヤーは場に出た3枚のカードのうち、好きなカードを獲得します。
これを繰り返し、得点カードの中に3色が揃ったら、「トリコ!」と宣言してラウンド勝利となります。
最初に2回ラウンド勝利したプレイヤーがこのゲームの勝者です。Players play cards from their hands in an “Appeal,” where the number of colors on the table decides the winner. The winner takes any one of the 3 cards played. Repeat this, and when your cards hold all 3 colors, declare “Trico!” to win the round. The first player to win 2 rounds wins the game.
リードプレイヤーが1枚を表向きに出したら、他の2人は裏向きに出して同時に公開!The lead player plays a card face up; the other two play face down and reveal at the same time!
場に揃った色の数で勝敗を決める!The number of colors on the table decides the winner!
場の色が2色なので、紫の中で最も小さい3の勝ち! 勝った人は場の3枚から好きなカードを1枚獲得し、手元に表向きで置く!Two colors on the table, so the lowest purple, 3, wins! The winner takes any one of the 3 cards and places it face up.
獲得!Take!手元のカードが2色になったら「ニコ!」、3色になったら「トリコ!」と宣言! 宣言した人がラウンド勝利!Declare “Nico!” at 2 colors and “Trico!” at 3! Whoever declares Trico wins the round!
